Which cell phone cases is the Smartcord compatible with?
Thanks to the patch that is simply placed between the case and the smartphone, the Smartcord is compatible with almost all common smartphone cases. This includes all TPU silicone cases, hard cases and flip cases.
Is the charging cable compatible with all chargers?
The integrated charging cable is compatible with most commercially available chargers. Make sure that the charger supports the same connection type (e.g. USB-C or Lightning) as the cable.
Is the length of the chain adjustable?
Yes, the length of the chain is adjustable thanks to the two Kaija connectors, so you can adjust it according to your needs. You can wear the chain both short and long for maximum comfort and flexibility.
How stable and secure is the smartphone network?
